Case Study · Walk-Through

Ático del Vigía

Ático del Vigía is a vacation rental property that wanted an SEO-optimized, custom website to showcase their apartment and attract guests directly - gaining more control over how the property was presented and generating their own traffic instead of relying on third-party booking platforms.

Design

01

Phase One

We decided on the look and feel of the site, identified a target audience, and worked through styling before building mockups. Starting from scratch, we began with a mood board and personas, then finalized color and typography, wireframed the responsive layouts, and created custom icons and a full design comp.

Color - palette & usage

Brand marks - custom icons

Typography - type scale & hierarchy

Wireframe - desktop & Mobile layouts

Design Comp - desktop & Mobile layouts

Phase two

Content & SEO

02

A full content review and SEO report came next, optimizing the copy so the site would be easy for its audience to find. Because the content was originally translated from Spanish into English, several adjustments were made so the language flowed naturally and supported stronger search performance.

Phase three

03

Development

With the design and content finalized, it was time to build. This started with hand-coding the structure of the site in HTML, then styling it with CSS. Once built, we ran a round of revisions to make sure everything was right before launching it live.

A property with its own home on the web

The outcome

By completing these three phases, the project met its objectives: the property now has its own website with direct contact and reservation information, so guests can book without going through a third-party platform — and it's far easier for potential renters to find the apartment and get everything they need in one reliable place.
